Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled at no cost before production or dispatch, with a full refund issued immediately once your cancellation request is confirmed. Cancellations will not be accepted once your package has been shipped out.
Return Policy
We provide a 10-day return period starting from the delivery date of your order. To be eligible for a return, all products must stay unused, unmodified and in brand-new original condition, complete with unopened, intact original packaging. A valid order receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return processing. Please contact our customer support team in advance to obtain the official return shipping address before sending your package back.
Exclusions & Shipping Fee Guidelines
For returns requested due to personal preference or reasons on the buyer’s end, all return shipping expenses are to be covered by the customer; shipping rates differ based on your chosen courier service.
If your items arrive damaged, defective, or inconsistent with your order as a result of our error, we will fully cover all return delivery costs with zero additional fees for you. No restocking fees will be charged for all qualified valid returns.
Refund Procedure
Once we receive and complete quality inspection of your returned items, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered mailbox, notifying you whether your refund application has been accepted or rejected. Upon approval, your refund will be initiated and credited back to your original payment account (credit card, e-wallet, and other payment channels) within a few business days.
