1.3 ARBITRATION NOTICE: SECTION 19 CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER. BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS OR CLASS ACTIONS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORIENS HOLDING LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE ONE-MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO THE DISPUTE, OR $100.00, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold ORIENS harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong (or applicable international law for cross-border e-commerce). Any dispute shall be resolved through the Arbitration Agreement (Section 19).
